Made with wood from a Maple tree. Acer genus includes all the Maples and close relative Boxelder. When many people think of wood they picture the pale grain of Maple. Maple is one tree where most everyone knows the leaf, thanks to the Canadian flag. Maple is fun to turn, always makes long curly shavings like ribbons.
