Ash

Made with wood from an Ash tree. Two species Fraxinus pennsylvanica and Fraxinus americana grow locally and either can be the source of my lumber.
Ash has a challenge in the Emerald Ash Borer. An insect not native to the US, it is destroying the ash population. This is makes ash lumber increasingly rare.
